No. Flip Flops Villa is located in the quieter Pearl Bay residential area, a short drive from the village centre.

5. Is Flip Flops Villa adults only?

Yes. Only guests aged 18 years and older are accommodated.

6. Are children allowed?

No. Children under the age of 18 are not accommodated.

8. What accommodation options are available?

Flip Flops Villa offers:

Yes. The 60 m² Luxury Studio is self catering and includes a kitchenette, HD Smart TV with Netflix, Weber charcoal braai, private en-suite bathroom, complimentary high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi, private entrance and partial sea views.

10. Is the Standard Room self catering?

No. The 25 m² Standard Room is not self catering. It includes a private en-suite bathroom, bar fridge, tea and coffee station, complimentary high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi, private entrance and partial sea views. It does not include cooking facilities, a kitchenette, Smart TV or Netflix.

Check-in is from 16:00 to allow sufficient time for the accommodation to be professionally cleaned and prepared after previous guests have checked out.

Yes. Guests aged 60 years and older qualify for a 15% discount on eligible bookings of two nights or more, after age verification.
