The top floor is for the private use of the owners. All accommodation are on the ground level. Both units have partial sea views. Smell the sea, hear the sea. Flip Flops Villa is only a 2 minute walk to Pearl Bay Beach. Pearl Bay Beach access is across the street. Our property is protected by an alarm system and security cameras on the outside of the building. (No privacy infringement) We have Solars/Batteries as backup.

At FLIP FLOPS VILLA we provide two different private accommodation options. We have a self catering option (Luxury Studio - 60 sqm) and also a Ensuite room (Standard Room - 25 sqm) option for those that prefer to support the wonderful Yzerfontein Restaurants or different West Coast Restaurants.

Both units at FLIP FLOPS VILLA have fast Fibre Wifi and are ideal for Remote working and Digital Nomads.
